Sanctions Against Swearingen's Attorneys Ends Lawsuit
Lexington attorneys Mason Miller and William Rambicure have paid $146,883 to defendants of an unfounded class action suit they filed in February 2019 using horseman Tom Swearingen as the plaintiff.
